The dynamically designed mechanisms and frame structure allows the loom to air-cool itself in normal working conditions. The powerful, reliable mechanical heart, based on the system of CAM profiles is currently the best available system for controlling and managing the movement of filling insertion elements and the sley. The high-precision machining capabilities of Alidhra Weavetech has given the critical components of the gear-box a high amount of reliability and repeatability thus lowering vibrations considerably. The lower vibrations have lead to extremely low wear-n-tear and thus decreasing maintenance cost and times and has increased the overall life of the loom.
Realising the need for adapting latest electronics technology available with all european machines, Alidhra Weavetech has implemented highly complex yet extremely user-friendly and easy to use control systems. The loom offers Electronic Take-Up (ETU) as well as Electronic Let-Off (ELO) for better controlling the tensions of the warp.
The ETU along with ELO has opened up new dimensions of versatility by introducing Dynamic Pick Control (DPC) – a feature only seen in R600. Considering the fast moving fashions in the Indian textile industry, the DPC feature allows weavers to have different pick density at any irregular intervals to give a complicated structure to its fabric. Variable pick density at the touch of a button sets R600 way ahead of its competition.
