Alidhra Weavetech’s ‘Solutions Engineering Department’ has years of experience in offering specific support to customers in all questions relating to twisted yarn, woven fabrics and associated technologies. This department is dedicated to not only the current Alidhra Weavetech customers but to everyone related to the industry. The free flow of knowledge and exchange of ideas ensures that all the inquiries and doubts related to the field of textile twisting and weaving will be successfully met by our engineers.

Customer Training Customer Training
 

The quality of a product and the effectiveness of a system depends to a large extent on the level of training of its operations and maintenance personnel - and, of course, on the technical condition of the facility. We offer ‘Shadow Training’ for operations and maintenance personnel in the following fields:

• Textile technology
• Operation, tuning and adjustment
• Maintenance and repair

Shadow Training is a concept where we accept one or two representatives from our customers at our manufacturing facilities and put them under the shadow of our solutions engineers for a couple of days. This enables our engineers to give hands-on training to our customers and also enable free-flow exchange of knowledge, ideas and most importantly experiences. During this period the candidates are not only taught the ins and outs of the machines but also get to know the special cases that crop up through extensive experience of our engineers.

On-Site Training is already been ofered to all our customers during the installation and commisioning of our machines. The commision engineer in-charge at customers site is a huge knowledge bank who is at the disposal of the customers to explore and get more information out of for better understanding all the aspects of the machine from setting to maintenance to quality tuning.

The supply of spare parts constitutes one of our priority activities because we offer short delivery times and a fast order processing capability. Particularly in the case of a stopped machine, rapid response times are imperative. With most of the items in stock, we can ensure maximum availability in relation to all the most common spare parts.

• Year of Manufacture / Date of commision / Commisioning Engineer
• Spare Part Number from manual (please include description and page no. for    confirmation)
